Every Story Deserves Support

At NAMI North Texas, we hear from people every day who are navigating their mental health in silence, often because of cultural stigma, language barriers, or simply not knowing where to turn.

This July, in honor of Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to help change that.

Too many individuals in our communities struggle quietly, believing that mental health care isn’t meant for them. Some face language barriers. Others worry they won’t be understood. Many have never seen mental health discussed openly in their families or communities.

Your support helps change that. It allows us to show up with resources, respect, and a commitment to care that honors culture and lived experience.

Your donation helps us:

  • Offer no-cost support groups and resources
  • Reach underserved communities with care that respects culture and identity
  • Train volunteers to lead with empathy and lived experience
  • Expand programs that reflect the voices we serve

Whether it’s $5 or $500, your gift opens the door for someone to take their first step toward hope.
